Online Reservation Policy:

• Reservations will be replied within 2 hours except for reservations sent after 8pm which would then be replied by 12pm the next day.
• A Paypal invoice will be emailed along with the Reservation Confirmation email and you are required to make full payment through Paypal to secure your reservation date and time.
• Paypal payment system allows payment via your Paypal account, Mastercard and Visa credit cards.
• All online reservation Paypal payments will be offered a 5% discount. (not valid with other discount/ promotion)
• Cancellations made 6 business hours before your reservation will receive full refund of payment and cancellations after 6 hours including no shows will be refunded 50% of payment.
• Late in Guests (more than 15 minutes) will be subjected to slot availability, and if available the treatment duration will be reduced accordingly and charged full treatment price.
