In recent years, holistic wellness has been regarded as the golden standard of living. There has been a rise in societal awareness of preventative health and wellness, which has greatly increased the demand for customised healthcare goods and services to improve one’s physical health, fitness, nutrition, appearance and general wellbeing.

Recognising this, DANAI adopts a holistic approach in our offerings, concentrating on preventative health, weight loss management and anti-ageing aesthetics, as well as delivering personalised services to fit our clients’ specific needs.

At DANAI, we have held up our market-leading position in Malaysia by being at the forefront of technological advancements in healthcare and aesthetics via the adoption of cutting-edge and modern treatments such as stem cell therapy, Enhanced Counterpulsation (ECP), Cryotherapy and 3D Biomechanical assessments.

The concept driving the DANAI brand’s success is our ability to recognise that each individual’s health needs are unique and that healthcare solutions should never be one-size-fits-all. This is due to the fact that each individual’s health demands are based on a variety of internal and external factors such as age, gender, underlying conditions, lifestyle, surroundings and many more

With that, we continue to expand our entities, most recently offering an additional suite of services such as ExâVive, a natural, non-invasive and non-surgical External Counterpulsation (ECP) treatment combining OxyLife therapy; ExâCell, a stem cell regenerative wellness therapy to repair tissues, reduce inflammation and boost immunity; Exânutrix, a personalised supplement range tailored to individual health; and ExâGene, a complete DNA Lifestyle Genetic Profiling intended to obtain precise information on one’s current health status and risks.

In September 2022, our parent company, Crigen Resources Limited, was listed on the NSX, Australia’s second biggest listing market. This strategic move to list in Australia is expected to increase the visibility and awareness of the DANAI brand in the region, specifically the Australian marketplace. It is also a significant milestone to improve the liquidity of our shares as well as to broaden and diversify our shareholder base in the long run.

Crigen Resources’ Board of Directors is made up of three Malaysians, namely Dennis Tan, Chris Daniel Wong and myself, as well as two Australians: Graham Steer and Shanil Nanayakkara. We were suitably impressed by NSX’s presentation, which stated that it offers Australia’s broadest and most flexible range of listing options, as well as simpler rules and faster listing processes, while still providing access to both Australian and global capital markets and the benefit of an enhanced profile.

At DANAI, we are committed to providing comprehensive holistic wellness care rendered by trained professionals, allowing people to access a wide range of bespoke wellness and aesthetic services that can help them to identify and address their health concerns for maximum effectiveness.

With the listing in Australia, we hope to broaden DANAI’s  customer base while also improving Danai Medi-Wellness’s image and recognition. Given Australia’s strict regulatory environment, we aspire to increase transparency and trust in our business model and expansion strategy as well.
